Sporfie, made simple.

Every Maverick match streams live on Sporfie. Here is everything you need, in about two minutes.

Watch Maverick on Sporfie

Just want to watch? You do not need an account.

Do this once, before game day

Takes about a minute. Do it tonight, not at first serve.

  1. Download the free Sporfie app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Tap Create Account. Enter your name, email, and a password.
  3. Tap Search, type Maverick Volleyball Academy, and tap Follow. Now you get a heads up every time a match is posted.
  4. Players: set up your player profile (steps below). It is included in your Maverick dues.
Remember the orange button.

Bottom right corner of any match. Tap it the second something great happens and Sporfie saves that play. That is it.

On game day, pick your job

Tap the one you need.

I just want to watchLive or replay, phone or computer
  1. Open sporfie.com/maverickvba or the Sporfie app.
  2. Find your team's name, like Maverick 17 Rooster vs...
  3. Tap it. Current Events is today, Future Events is coming up, Past Events is replays.
I want to save great playsKills, blocks, aces, big digs
  1. Open the live match in the Sporfie app.
  2. The moment something great happens, tap the orange button (bottom right).
  3. Label it with the player's name so it is easy to find later.

Missed it? No problem. Go to Past Events, open the match, slide the timeline to the play, and tap the orange button.

I'm keeping scoreOne parent per match, so family at home can follow
  1. Open the match in the app and tap the scoreboard icon.
  2. Tap a team's side every time they win a point. Sets track themselves.
  3. Made a mistake? Press and hold the score to undo.
  4. When it is over, tap End Match.
I'm a player: my profile and reelYour highlights in one place, for coaches and recruiting

Set up your profile (once, at the start of the season)

  1. In the app, tap your account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up Player Profile (or Claim Your Profile if one is waiting for you).
  3. Add your name, Maverick Volleyball Academy, age group, position, and a photo.

From then on, every clip saved from any Maverick match lands on your profile automatically.

Make a highlight reel

  1. Open your profile and tap Create Highlight Reel.
  2. Pick your best clips and put them in order.
  3. Give it a title, like your name and season, then share the link or download it.

Add a few clips after every tournament and your reel is always ready to send.

Good to know

  • Full games stay up for one year. Clips saved to a player profile stay forever, so save your favorites.
  • Split the jobs. One parent keeps score, one parent is on the orange button, everyone else just cheers.
  • Every Maverick match is on the same page, no matter which gym it is in.
